1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using IPTV Smart HD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description

IPTV Smart HD provides an internet-based television streaming service offering live TV channels, movies, and series via M3U, Xtream Codes, or MAG portal.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-transferable. Prices are listed in Euros (EUR).

4. Acceptable Use

The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Account sharing (outside multi-screen plans) and redistribution are prohibited.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is performed during low-traffic periods.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal personal data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Smart HD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the past 30 days.
